This idyllic holiday villa with thatched roof and sunny garden has a special charm! Not far from the beach (900 m) and within walking distance of the town center of Callantsoog, this is located on a small lake with a private wooden jetty and a view of water and reeds. It offers space for six people and is an oasis of well-being. The nature-friendly garden with a wonderful lawn and shady trees offers space to play and relax; old rose hedges border the property.
On the spacious, light-flooded ground floor there is, in addition to the entrance area with cloakroom, guest toilet and separate storage room, the large living and dining area and a generously furnished open kitchen.
The highlight of the kitchen is the new induction cooker, which leaves nothing to be desired with five hobs and a wealth of crockery for your own cooking creations. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave and all kinds of kitchen appliances (two types of coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer and much more).
Makkumer tiles and the tiled floor with underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom create a comfortable living atmosphere.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with two sleeping options. The large bathroom with shower and shower stool, bathtub, toilet, a vanity with enough storage space and essentials (hair dryer, toothbrush cup, small first aid kit, etc.) and a wonderful view of the water at sunrise make every day a new experience.

The holiday village itself is located on a small lake with an island and is only accessible to guests and residents. In the middle of the island there is a playground where children can climb on a pirate ship, or play football, basketball or table tennis. There is also the opportunity to play boules.
